NCSAA National Coach of the Year Awards

NOMINATION FORM

Please complete and submit the following form in order to nominate a coach for consideration as an NCSAA National Coach of the Year. Coaches from NCSAA Member Schools are eligible for consideration.

In order for your nomination to be complete, you must also:

Submit your team's reason results. In order to do this, you will need to login and submit your season results. -- If you've done this throughout the season, you do not need to do so again at this time. If you are not the school athletic director (and, thus, do not have access to your school's login information), you may submit this information by e-mail to awards@ncsaa.org.

The 2010-11 NCSAA National Coaches of the Year will be selected in February (fall sports), May (basketball), and June-July (winter-spring soccer and spring sports).
