School Name: Norfolk Christian High SchoolPosition: Coach - Track and Field
Norfolk Christian High School is seeking a head boys cross country/track coach for the 2015-16 school year. The ideal candidate will begin this summer organizing workouts and building for the 2015 fall season. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing all aspects of the running program, including hiring assistant coaches, as well as assist with scheduling of competitions.
Previous high school coaching experience or equivalent is strongly preferred. Successful candidate must connect with existing athletes, as well as identify prospective athletes within the school. Must be a professing Christian and be a member of a local church. Full-time teaching openings possible. Qualified candidates should send a letter of interest and resume to Athletic Director Michael Allen.
Norfolk Christian is a member of the Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools and the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association. The running programs are school sponsored with a stable annual budget. Excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing program that is fully supported by the administration!
