Tournament Format:

Our aim is to host an excellent post-season invitational volleyball tournament that provides a high-value competitive and team-building experience (in a Christ-centered environment) for your girls' varsity volleyball team, as well as provides significant opportunity for your players to gain exposure to college coaches and recruiters.

This tournament is open to Christian schools from any region of the country.  The tournament will be limited to 16 teams.

Girls in grades 8-12 are eligible to compete.  However, if your team plays against another team that is restricted from competing against teams that include players below the ninth grade, your 8th-grade players will not be permitted to compete in that match.  Please be aware of this possibility in advance.

The tournament format will include a Division 1 (top 8 teams after pool play) and a Division 2 (second 8 teams after pool play).

Trophies will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.

An all-tournament team (for each division) will also be announced at the conclusion of the tournament.

Your team will play pool play, and then two or three full matches, in the three-day span.

An evening of Volleyball Skills Contests will be held on Friday night.

Homeschool Teams: We do permit homeschool teams to participate, but there are some eligibility requirements (age, high school status, etc).  If you are a homeschool teams that is interested in participating, please call before you register -- to be sure your players meet these requirements.

All teams should make plans to stay and eat at the Family First facilities.  This is part of our agreement with Family First, in order to make the cost of facilities affordable for us -- which allows us to keep the registration cost for all teams at an affordable level.  Any team that chooses to lodge and/or eat at a different location will still be required to pay the full lodging and meal costs listed above.  (The only exception to this rule is that local teams who will commute to the park each day will not be required to pay lodging and meal costs.)  Also, any team that is forced to stay elsewhere in the event that the FFSP housing facilities reach their capacity will not be required to pay these costs.)  Please make your reservations as soon as possible, as we have more teams attending than will fit in the Housing Center.  If the Housing Center fills, you may be required to stay at a local hotel.  Do not make hotel reservations on your own; call Family First Sports Park for confirmation regarding availability in the Housing Center, and if the Housing Center is full, Family First will assist you in making your hotel reservations.
