Individual Athlete Fees - See the tournament details for each event online, for information about the athlete fees for that event.

IMPORTANT:

1) Submission of this registration form indicates your commitment to attend the NCSAA tournaments checked above, as well as to pay all non-refundable team registration and athlete fees associated with the events. No team will be permitted to participate in any NCSAA tournaments without having made full payment for that tournament. Payment may be made by school check, money order, or PayPal (online credit card service). After you click "Submit" below, you will be taken to a page which contains information regarding payment options and procedure.

2) We understand that occasionally there may be reason for a team to withdraw from a tournament, after having already registered. If any team must withdraw after already registering for the tournament, that team still will be expected to honor its commitment to pay the full team registration fees. Also, if you withdraw one week or less before the tournament, you will also be expected to pay the individual athlete fees (for each player listed on your roster). NCSAA must budget based on the number of registered teams, and all fees for all registered spots are critical in order to plan for and conduct a successful tournament. In addition, any team that withdraws one day (or less) before a tournament must pay a $200 late withdrawal form (per team), to allow us to recoup extra expenses that we will incur in such a circumstance. Please make your plans ahead of time, in awareness of this rule; and thanks for your understanding of this!

3) All players must submit an online Athlete Waiver Form to NCSAA before the tournament begins. No player will be permitted to participate in any NCSAA tournament if NCSAA does not have a complete, current, valid form on file for that player. No registration or athlete fees will be waived for any player or team that is unable to participate in part of all of any tournament due to the failure to complete and submit the Athlete Waiver Form. After you click "Submit" below, the Athlete Waiver Form will be accessible from the next page (if the form is currently ready for submission for the event for which you registered). One form must be submitted online for each of your players.

4) Lodging - These details are applicable only for tournaments held at Family First Sports Park (Erie, PA). All registered teams (except those commuting from home each day) are required to use either the Housing and Conference Center Option or the Independent Lodging Agreement Option (details provided on the tournament details page online) for their lodging and meals during the tournament. Any team that chooses to make its own lodging and meals arrangements elsewhere (before the time when the on-site lodging facility fills) will still be required to pay the Independent Lodging Arrangement Fees ($25 per athlete in addition to the standard athlete fees).
