Please complete and submit the following form in order to nominate a coach for consideration as an NCSAA Varsity Basketball National Coach of the Year. In order for your nomination to be complete, you must also:

Submit your team's season results (via our Score Submission Forms - Boys' Basketball or Girls' Basketball) -- If you've done this throughout your team's season, you do not need to do so again at this time.

This nomination will not be considered complete until you have submitted all of the above items, in addition to the nomination form.
