Christ-Centered Environment and Team-Building Opportunities:
-
This meet is held in a distinctly Christ-centered environment -- from the setting on a Christian college campus (which we hope teams aned families will take time to visit), to the devotional challenge and Opening Prayer at the start of the meet, to the spirit of mutual encouragement and healthy competition typically displayed at this event, to the ministry and outreach opportunities presented (as part of the NCSAA Hearts and Minds Project) to your team during the event, to the unified time of team fellowship and prayer for at the Closing Ceremony. This NCSAA event is distinctive in its goal of being more than just an athletic event; we desire that your athletes experience the joy of Christ-centered competition and respond to the challenge of using their gifts in such a way to honor Christ during their time at this event!
-
Various Christian colleges and universities sponsor this meet, and we will make available an informational kiosk where students and families can pick up brochures and other items from the various colleges. When your team is at the meet, you can encourage your athletes to visit the kiosk and do some research into the schools. Teams that attend our meet have remarked that this feature has been very valuable, as the event doubles as an opportunity to expose your athletes to the value of and options for Christian education beyond high school.
Beneficial Exposure for Your Athletes:
-
College coaches are invited to attend the meet, and the meet results are published to the attention of college coaches nationwide. These measures present your athletes with a great opportunity to be seen by college coaches, scouts, and recruiters.

Withdrawals:
We understand that occasionally there may be reason for a team to withdraw from the meet, after having already registered. If any team must withdraw after already registering for the meet, that team still will be expected to honor its commitment to pay the full team registration fees. NCSAA must budget based on the number of registered teams, and all fees for all registered spots are critical in order to plan for and conduct a successful meet. Thanks for your understanding of this!.

The Holiday Inn Beaver Falls has been chosen as the host hotel for the NCSAA Track and Field Championships. The hotel has established a discounted room rate of To Be Announced (plus tax) per night for your teams.
